Is the Fiata doing as well as expected? Last year in the US, 4478 were sold, and 601 were sold in Canada, compared to the Miata, where 11,294 were sold in the US and 1144 were sold in Canada. I think that’s surprisingly respectable. Also, kudos to the 13 Canadians who bought Fiatas in January.

I’ve been wondering about this too. I see multiple ND’s every day, and only one or two Fiatas a week. With that said... Prices on Fiatas are waaaaay higher near me. I have no clue which one is easier to bargain down but man there were no Fiata deals last time I checked.

I just want them both to sell in huge numbers and stay around for a decade so they’re cheap and plentiful for the next generation of enthusiasts

I like the way the Fiat version looks as a roadster, but the RF though... It’s so pretty.

Can I special order a 124 with the engine from the Miata? Sorry, but I don’t exactly trust FCA to get their one part of the vehicle to be reliable.

Slightly unrelated but I’m every disappointed in the color choices for both the Fiat, and Mazda. The only way to get either in an actual color other that red is to get an RF which does come in a lovely shade of blue. No green, yellow, orange, teal, cyan, pink or purple. All colors that suit a fun little runabout like these.

And there is no way to get a tan or brown interior on either car. You can get all black, or black with red accents, that’s It. (That might not be true on the regular Fiata)
